Yes. Within 3-5 business days of payment we email you 8-12 photos and a short video of your actual watch. We check the whole watch, and if you want a closer look at any detail, we send extra photos or video before you approve. See examples in our QC video gallery.

Shipping is free worldwide by DHL or FedEx, fully tracked, in discreet packaging. Most orders arrive 12-16 business days after dispatch; Canada, Australia, Japan, Brazil and South Africa take a few days longer. Full details on our shipping policy page.

A Grade cases are 316L stainless steel with mineral glass; AAA and SuperClone use 904L steel with sapphire crystal. Gold models are steel: rose and yellow gold ones are gold-plated, white gold and platinum ones are steel in a matching colour. Straps are leather or rubber, or a matching steel bracelet.
