Shipping is free worldwide by DHL or FedEx, fully tracked, and most orders arrive 12-16 business days after dispatch.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) on a secure page at checkout. Larger card orders are paid in parts: the first part when you order and the rest only after you approve the photos and video of your watch, with the same total and no extra fees. Bank transfer gets 10% off, and we email you the bank details after you order (check your spam folder too). Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and other major coins) is paid through NOWPayments at checkout with 15% off. PayPal is not available.
How long does delivery take to my country?
We ship to almost every country. In business days after dispatch: United States, United Kingdom, Europe and UAE 12-16; Canada 14-18; Australia and Japan 14-20; Brazil and South Africa 16-22. Most other countries also take 12-16, and we can confirm yours before you order. You get a tracking link by email once the parcel ships, and the first scan can take up to 5 days to show. Customs or public holidays can add a few days.

What is the difference between A Grade, AAA Grade and SuperClone?
Most models come only as SuperClone, and the tier options on this page show which tiers this watch comes in. A Grade has 316L steel, an Asian quality movement running within -1/+2 minutes a day, mineral glass and less precise branding. AAA Grade has 904L steel, a Swiss quality movement within ±10 seconds a day, sapphire crystal and accurate branding. SuperClone has 904L steel, a SuperClone Swiss quality movement within -5/+6 seconds a day, sapphire crystal, an engraved caseback and the most accurate branding, font and logo placement. On gold-tone models the gold plating is up to 5 microns on A Grade, 5-10 microns on AAA and over 10 microns with multi-layer ion plating on SuperClone.
Can I swim with it, and how do I look after it?
The watches are rated 30 m, so rain and hand washing are fine, but don't swim or shower with them. On Nautilus and Aquanaut models, keep the screw-down crown screwed in. Wipe the case with a soft cloth, keep the watch away from magnets, hard knocks and direct sun, and have it serviced by any good watchmaker every 2-3 years. The automatic models have a 40-48 hour power reserve, so if yours sat unworn for two days, wind the crown 20-30 turns.
Is this a Patek Philippe watch?
No. It's a replica built to the design of a Patek Philippe model and is not a Patek Philippe product. Gold-tone models are steel with gold plating. Up close, with a loupe, a watchmaker can spot differences in finishing; on the wrist, a SuperClone looks right, down to the weight.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the model and the tier, and it shows in US dollars once you pick a tier on this page. Stone-set and iced models cost more. Paying by crypto takes 15% off at checkout, and bank transfer 10%. Each watch ships in protective packaging; a watch box is an optional extra, ordered separately.
Can I return it?
AAA Grade and SuperClone watches can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, if the watch is unworn with its tags and packaging. An A Grade watch is accepted back only for a defect. If a watch in any tier arrives damaged or faulty, send us your order number with photos or an unboxing video within 14 days, and we'll refund or exchange it at no cost. For any return, email [email protected] first with your order number and the reason, and we'll send you the return address. Ship it back tracked; return shipping is on you unless the watch is faulty or we made a mistake. Inspection takes 2-3 business days, and the refund reaches your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
