Regular Grade Watches

Returns for regular grade watches are accepted only if the watch has a verifiable defect. Minor differences between the regular grade and the authentic reference are expected and do not qualify for return.

Reach out within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for return. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.

Ship the Item Back

Use a courier service with tracking to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, our team inspects it to confirm it meets the return conditions. This typically takes 2–3 business days.

If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Every timepiece undergoes a detailed quality inspection before it leaves our facility. We send you 8–12 photographs and a video of the actual watch during the QC process. Your order ships only after you approve the inspection results. This step significantly reduces the need for returns.

We strongly recommend filming your unboxing. In the unlikely event of a shipping-related defect, an unboxing video speeds up the resolution process considerably.

Non-Delivery: If your item does not arrive at the address you specified, or the courier cannot locate the address, you must contact the courier directly. If the issue is not resolved promptly, the reimbursement may be forfeited.
