Avoid changing the date between ~8 pm and 4 am (the date train may be engaged). Use pushers gently and do not force them.

Start/stop/reset only when the seconds hand is running; avoid resetting while timing. Do not operate pushers in wet conditions.

Typical clone movements run within ±15–30 sec/day when properly regulated. Performance can vary across factories.
