The item must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on watches that show signs of wear.

If your timepiece is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website, you may return it for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Regular Grade Watches
Returns for regular grade watches are accepted only if the watch has a verifiable defect. Minor differences between the regular grade and the authentic reference are expected and do not qualify for return.

Every timepiece undergoes a detailed quality inspection before it leaves our facility. We send you 8–12 photographs and a video of the actual watch during the QC process. Your order ships only after you approve the inspection results. This step significantly reduces the need for returns.
We strongly recommend filming your unboxing. In the unlikely event of a shipping-related defect, an unboxing video speeds up the resolution process considerably.
